Sexual Harassment
Prevention Training is Required by Law
California law (AB 1825,
September 30, 2004) requires employers who employ 50 or more persons
to provide two hours of sexual harassment
training to
- all supervisors and managers in California every two years
- all persons who have obtained a supervisory position in the
previous six months
This course is fully compliant with California AB
1825 training requirements
As required by law, this training:
- is effective and interactive, and provides information and
practical guidance to participants
- covers relevant federal and state law
- explains prohibitions against and the prevention and
correction of sexual harassment
- includes practical examples to instruct supervisors in the
prevention of harassment, discrimination and retaliation
- describes remedies available to victims of sexual harassment
Sexual harassment is not only harmful, it is very costly!
Regardless of company size, sexual harassment claims cause an
unnecessary and avoidable financial burden.
You can prevent
and eliminate sexual harassment in your workplace by providing
effective and regular sexual harassment training to all
