Got Mergers? Abel HR merges with PSP Group

A few weeks ago, Abel announced that it has merged with The PSP Group. For Abel, this merger is expected to expand our client base, which in turn will give the new organization in the marketplace. In turn, the Mamaroneck, New York-based PSP Group will benefit from Abel’s extensive electronic capabilities, media savvy and customer-friendly focus to provide a broader range of services to their clients.

Under the terms of the merger, Abel will retain its name and its hardware and software will be utilized by the now combined group. PSP personnel, meanwhile, will also stay on board and will continue to interact directly with their clients for an indefinite period.
